Atlas Hospitality OS is a multi-tenant business web application for restaurants, bars, hotels
and other United Kingdom hospitality operators. The purpose of Atlas Hospitality OS is to help
owners, managers and staff run food-safety and operational compliance work and keep
inspection-ready evidence.
Functionality of Atlas Hospitality OS
Atlas Hospitality OS provides the following product functionality:
Food-safety handbook and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each hospitality venue.
Equipment registers for kitchen and site assets, including attachments.
Certificate records for equipment, people and the business, including relevant dates and
status.
Temperature and related monitoring logs against rules, with corrective actions when readings
are out of range.
Establishment and preparation journeys that guide legal and operational readiness tasks.
Optional AI assistance that answers staff questions using the organisation’s own handbook
and document knowledge base.
Document import into the organisation’s Atlas Hospitality OS workspace from uploads and,
optionally, from Google Drive.
Why Atlas Hospitality OS requests Google user data
Atlas Hospitality OS requests Google user data only for features that the user chooses to use
with Google. The purposes are:
Google Drive (read-only access). Purpose: allow a manager to browse Drive
folders they select and import existing files (for example SOP PDFs and certificate scans)
into Atlas Hospitality OS. Atlas Hospitality OS stores a copy of the selected files in the
customer’s Atlas Hospitality OS tenant for operational use. Atlas Hospitality OS does not
modify or delete files on Google Drive. Atlas Hospitality OS does not sell Google user data
and does not use Google user data for advertising.
Google sign-in profile (when enabled). Purpose: obtain basic identity such
as email address and name so Atlas Hospitality OS can authenticate the correct business
user.
Users may disconnect Google Drive from Atlas Hospitality OS at any time. See the full
Privacy Policy
for Atlas Hospitality OS.
